I had a story book as a little girl called 'The necklace of raindrops' by Joan Aiken. At each birthday a young girl was given a clear crystal raindrop to attach to a chain. I wanted that necklace very badly and many of my pieces echo that garland-style design, with beautiful crystals, stones and hand-made beads hanging from a simple chain.

All my jewellery is made from sterling silver chain and findings no silver-plated components are used. In making the garland jewellery I attach semi-precious stones and hand-made beads by tightly twisting the wire to form a tiny, neat spiral that locks the stone onto the chain but allows it to move freely as you wear it. My garland designs appeal to all ages, from teenagers to glamorous grannies.
